RV Park Rules
Check In time is after - 12 Noon, Check Out - 12 Noon
11:00 p.m. / 7 am – is quiet time - please be considerate of others.
Please observe our park speed limit of 10 miles per hour. Motorcycles / scooters permitted as transportation in and out of park only.
The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals at their campsite and for any/all damage to the park.
Sewer Connection - A tight sewer boot is required.
All gray water must be contained.
Sewer - Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a threaded connector or a rubber donut
Children - We want them to have a 'great time'...but under the watchful eye of a caring parent / guardian
No Lifeguard on Duty - Swim at your own risk. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
CONDUCT - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, drugs, obscene language or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated.
Glass bottles are not allowed in the community center or on the river and are discouraged for everyone's safety.
PETS - We love them, but they must be kept quiet and on a leash at all times. Owner must clean up after a pet, do not leave pet unattended, no pets allowed in any building. There is a $ 15 fee for cleaning up after your pet.
CAMPFIRES - Dependent on County Burn Bans. Check with management when you arrive. Allowed only in designated firerings. No fire higher than 1.5'. All fires must be out at midnight.
CLOTHESLINE - No clothesline allowed except those attached to your camper.
TRASH - Please put all trash in the barrels provided near the entrance.
SMOKING - NO smoking is allowed in any building. Please dispose of your butts in a proper manner.
NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS.
TABOOS - DO NOT wash RV's, cars, boats or any other vehicles.
Please respect privacy of fellow campers - do not walk through sites.
The breaking of any rules are grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to refuse anyone.
Liability
All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of our guest. Any and all persons using the facilities does so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents or injuries due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unforeseen acts.
